Multiple Render Targets, or MRT, is a feature of modern graphics processing units (GPUs) that allows the programmable rendering pipeline to render images to multiple render target textures at once. These textures can then be used as inputs to other shaders or as texture maps applied to 3D models. Introduced by OpenGL 2.0 and Direct3D 9, MRT can be invaluable to real-time 3D applications such as video games. -

- EDID (Extended Display Identification Data)
EDID data exchange is a standardized means for a display to communicate its capabilities to a source device.
The premise of this communications is for the display to relay its operational characteristics, such as its native resolution, to the attached source, and then allow the source to generate the necessary video characteristics to match the needs of the display.
This maximizes the functional compatibility between devices without requiring a user to configure them manually, thus reducing the potential for incorrect settings and adjustments that could compromise the quality of the displayed images and overall reliability of the system. Sub Option

MICOM POWER OFF (OFF)
Micom is a microcontroller responsible for receiving commands from an infrared remote control, switching main power supply on and off, resetting main SH4 CPU and so on. It also works as a watchdog.
On Samsung TVs, there are three types of Power option available to power ON or Off your Samsung TV, theses are:
Master Power – refers to the switch operation which supplies or shuts down the power. MICOM gets reset when master power turns off and on. However, there are cases for resetting MICOM only or resetting both MICOM and CPU at the same time. It depends on the model.
Auto Power Off – is to turn off the power automatically when no signal state lasts for 15 minutes on main screen at TV mode. (Only the state of main screen is checked for this operation even though Picture-in-Picture Mode is on.)
No Signal Power Off – saves power by turning off the TV when signal is received from the current source. There is duration setting in No Signal Power Off. You can set to 15/30/60 minutes as needed.- RF Mute Time (6ms)
- CI+ 1.3 (ON)
- FRC (Frame Rate Control)
Frame Rate Control (FRC) is a method for achieving higher colour quality in low colour resolution display panels such as TN+film LCD.
Most TN panels represent colours using only 6 bits per RGB color, or 18 bit in total, and are unable to display the 16.7 million colour shades (24-bit truecolor) that are available from graphics cards. Instead, they use a dithering method that combines adjacent pixels to simulate the desired shade.
FRC is a form of temporal dithering which cycles between different colour shades with each new frame to simulate an intermediate shade.
This can create a potentially noticeable 30 Hz flicker. FRC tends to be most noticeable in darker tones, while dithering appears to make the individual pixels of the LCD visible. - Tuner Margin (10)
