French free-to-view platform Fransat is welcoming back the TF1 4K channel.
It will enable reception throughout the summer months across France as the broadcaster screens a string of top sporting events.
The action begins on Friday evening at 21:00 CET with the opening match of the FIFA Women’s World Cup. The competition runs through until July 7th.
Fransat will shortly celebrate its 10th anniversary. The Eutelsat-delivered package features 27 free-to-view channels replicating the DTT/TNT package, 24 regional channels from France 3 in HD, plus additional local and thematic channels, radio and connected TV services.
