Five has appointed creative design firm Precursor to design the on-scren identity for its upcoming Five US and Five Life channels. Precursor will work with Five on on-screen logos, idents, continuity links and overall graphics packages for both channels.
“We wanted to work with Precursor as creative partners who can help us build from the strong typographical brand of Five to achieve pioneering and fresh images for Five US and Five Life,” explained Five’s head of creative services Nol Davis. “Five US and Five Life will have ambition, scale and emotional intelligence and we seek to unleash this with Precursor.” “Precursor is very excited to be working with Five on the new channels,” said Noah Harris, a founding director of Precursor. “We have an opportunity to create two very different and stimulating on air identities which can really stand apart from other digital channels.” Five US and Five Life will launch this autumn.
