BBC iPlayer available on Freesat

All owners of Humax Freesat HD receivers can join the BBC iPlayer beta now. Freesat made the decision after the access code was leaked on internet forums.
Owners of the Humax Foxsat-HD zapper or HDR PVR can join the beta by plugging the receiver into their internet connection via its Ethernet port, pressing red, then typing in the code 5483. You’ll need a broadband speed on 1MB for low quality video and 2MB for high.

Freesat said that all other existing and new Freesat HD boxes and Freesat integrated TVs wiil have BBC iPlayer rolled out to them in the New Year.
