Freesat are aware of an issue affecting some Freesat 4K TV boxes suffering loss of satellite signal after a reset.

Customers experiencing a loss of channels after a reset can carry out a channel scan to resolve the issue using the following steps:

On your remote control press “Home”
Select “Settings”
Select “Freesat Channels”
Select “Channel Scan”
Select “Begin Channel Scan”
During the Signal Test, the LNB type should be identified;
Select “Proceed to Set Up Your Channels”
Enter your postcode
A channel search should restore channels and resolve the issue.
