ITV1+1 new regions licensed by Ofcom

ITV1+1 will have services for Westcountry, West, Tyne Tees and Anglia added shortly and Freeview multiplexes C and D extended by 12 years.
Ofcom – Television Broadcast Licensing Update February 2012 notes that ITV Broadcasting Limited have been granted Television Licensable Content Service Licences for the following services:
ITV 1 +1 Westcountry
ITV 1 +1 West
ITV 1 +1 Tyne Tees
ITV 1 +1 Anglia

Currently viewers in the Anglia region get ITV 1 +1 Meridian Southampton, Tyne Tees region viewers get ITV 1 +1 Yorkshire, in the West ITV 1 +1 Wales as do those in the Westcountry region.
